Trapped within the mundane cycle of monotony, of routine, I find my guard lowering itself, I feel myself accepting my life as it is, as it should be.
But somewhere deep down the ashes of hope linger, one bright orange spec of dust suffocating, willing any and all oxygen to come to it, to allow it to flourish into something more.
